This was my first experience with any body procedure, or surgery, in general and I was surrounded by kind and capable hands. Dr. Kichler has a radiating confidence and it is felt in her work both in and out of the operating room. Elena was so funny and sweet when I was having some anxiety while beginning the procedure. Kelly was always available for questions and helping me schedule despite difficult scheduling needs due to living overseas. Gorgeous team, inside and out, ti match my new gorgeous arms! 😘
