  I dont have good vibes about this place. The nicest people are the front desk staff and the guy giving the Echocardiogram. Both Dr. Jeong and Danielle have been stand-offish with me about my symptoms (looked at me like I was a stupid hillbilly) Ive had problems with 3 meds Ive tried for blood pressure. Amlodipine dehydrates me to the point where it affects my joints, dries my eyes and sinuses and muscle spasms. Carvedilol is doing the same thing. Im assuming the common denominator is because they're both Vasodilators and may be affecting my kidneys too much causing them to extract too much fluid? Hydralazine amde my heart pound for 6 hours. They take 3 days to call me back. I missed one call back, I called back and left another message and now Danielle said that I never called back while reading notes. This place is a high dollar facade for good business practice. Probably going somewhere else soon.

  I had the most wonderful experience today. Who would have thought that an echocardiogram could be a great experience? Bob Minar made it one!! He is a delightful person who explained everything clearly to my wife and me. I learned so much about the heart and my circulatory system. Bob's sense of humor and good nature made what is typically an uncomfortable experience fun!! Thank you, Bob, for your competence, professionalism, and personality!

  I had been seeing a very fine cardiologist in Orlando for some time, who I really liked and trusted. Unfortunately, the quality of his administrative staff was poor and, over time, their service was so poor that I no longer felt that I wanted to remain as a patient of the practice. I did some research and I called several cardiology practices. As soon as I called Viera Heart and Vascular Clinic and I had the pleasure of speaking with Courtney, I knew that I had found the right place and that my search was over. Yesterday, I had my first visit there with Dr. Jeong. The facility is modern and clean and the staff was very nice. Dr. Jeong took a lot of time asking questions of me. He then explained everything extremely well with the aid of anatomical models, and he left plenty of time to answer my questions. I feel very Blessed to have found Dr. Jeong and his team at Viera Heart & Vascular Clinic and I highly recommend them.

  Waited 4 weeks for heart monitor results, supposed to be 1 week. (Kept telling me the company didn't have the results yet, finally got mad and left a more firm voicemail, and magically my results were there that day). CPAP machine prescription was never sent to pharmacy. After 2 weeks, left ANOTHER firm voicemail, and magically the pharmacy received the prescription an hour later. Office staff is lazy and incompetent. I will be leaving this practice ASAP. (First time, shame on you, second time, shame on me, there will be no 3rd time)
