  My experience with the mental health services at Transformation Haven, specifically working with Tonia, has been truly life-changing. I worked with her in private sessions, EMDR, and couples therapy for a little over six months, and 2025 became a powerful year of healing and growth for me. Through this journey, I was able to process past traumas, learn how to be vulnerable, improve my communication skills, and truly understand the importance of active listening. Tonia’s compassionate yet grounded approach created a safe space where healing felt possible and supported every step of the way. Taking care of your mental health is such an important part of self-care and becoming a better human being. I am incredibly grateful for Tonia’s guidance and dedication, and for the positive changes I’ve seen not only in myself but also in my relationship with my significant other and our children. If you are considering therapy, I highly recommend Transformation Haven and working with Tonia. It has been one of the most meaningful investments I’ve made in myself and my future.

  After an exhaustive search for the right therapist and a few false starts, I landed with Tonia Meyers of Transformation Haven and am so grateful I did! Tonia is not only very knowledgeable in multiple modalities, she is respectful, kind, generous and insightful. Dealing with some very complex issues (including PTSD), I always come away from my sessions with tools and new coping mechanisms that have proven their effectiveness over a very short period of time. Today was my first EMDR session (if you suffer from past trauma or PTSD this is a must try); simply amazing…I feel truly blessed to have Tonia and Transformation Haven be part of my healing journey!
