Team Select Home Care serves medically complex children and adults across Brevard, Indian River, and surrounding Space Coast counties, with our office in Melbourne. Patients & Families: We specialize in pediatric and adult PDN, including ventilator care, trach management, and 24/7 skilled nursing. Florida's Family AMFC Program allows eligible family members to become paid caregivers for a medically complex child at home. Bilingual services available. We coordinate with physicians, Florida MCOs, Medicaid, and insurance to manage authorizations and complex overnight cases across the Space Coast region. Nurses: RN & LPN openings with flexible schedules, new grad training, and tuition reimbursement.
