Formerly Bootcamp UK Viera. Outdoor Bootcamp and yoga classes at the scenic Lake Pavilion in Viera Regional Park--join us for high-energy workouts by the lake! We cater to adults of all ages and ability levels. We currently meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, and Saturday mornings from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. All you need to bring is water and a yoga or fitness mat!
* Big changes coming in 2026! We will be adding morning weekday sessions, yoga sessions, and mobility and strength and conditioning classes!
