My husband wrote a review, and i was going to leave the issue after talking to your wonderful front desk lady ( she has been with you for 40 yearsand is fantastic at customer service.so sweet! And she was so kind to my girls!!) Since your reply is as rude as your inperson customer experience. I walk in i am so excited about getting contacts i have been absolutely pumped about my appointment. Your front desk employee is fantastic! I fill out the paper work and her and i chat.then i sit down. My kids play with the toys provided it was a great experience. I was early, and only one other person ( customer) was there. Awesome! In HAPPY. I really want to empathize how excited I was for this appointment. I waited maybe 15 mins or so again i was also early! Awesome I AM HAPPY. I see the customer leave your office he is happy. You call my name. Sit back in your cgair. You did not greet me or look at me. You say take a seat. Don't look at me and continue to fill out your paper work. You say hand me your glasses, and placed your hand out. Mind you i have never met you. You were extremely cold and not at all welcoming. You the say "you don't know your brand of contacts?" . and okay yeah i should know that, but they way you said it was way out of line. It was extremely rude. When i said no you for the first time looked at me. You turned away away and looked at my glasses with your equipment, and then said are you sure your contacts are -9. I tried to inform you the my glasses are several years old. You then cut me off mid sentence and said im not talking about your glasses in an extremely condescending tone. I had been sitting down in the chair for less then 2 mins by this point. I said i understand what you were saying and i continued to try and finish my sentence that yes it is between -9 and 9.25. You then again cut me off and said well witch is it -9 or -9.25. I the said i want my glasses back and i am going to leave. You were still talking over me and did not hear me ask 2 more times. I said have a nice day. Your responded with thanks i probably wont. I responded with not with that attitude. ( pretty proud of that btw even though i am shaking while typing this because wow your audacity ) i then go back into the waiting room and wait while my husband ( who has a broken leg!!!! Because of course stuff like this happens at the same time) gets two sweet Toddlers ( can you tell i have my hands full already)to clean up their mess. I tell my husband what happened. ( mind you to those who are still here that the exam room door was open the whole time and my husband could HEAR what had happened from where he sat in the waiting room) he says he heard. I go to the front desk and ask to not be contacted again by their office. Once my kids were done cleaning i stepped out and got my two kids buckled into the car and helped my broken husband in the car. Then i had to put his leg scooter into the back of the truck. I then got into the front seat and cried. I called my mom. I told her how you treated me. I calmed down and i got an appointment at another place. I then called back and talked to your front desk lady it was a very positive interaction. I did say that you are going to unfortunately ruin your reputation with customers and even the community treating people that way. I was in your office for less than 5 mins. I juggled my family HAPPILY to come to your office and i was HAPPY. I was so EXCITED. I left your office in tears. That was my experience. You did that.

I've been going to Primary Care Eye Center on Paige Bacon Road in Mary Esther Florida since 2016. Dr. Bazarte and his staff (Terri and Ashley) are family oriented and friendly each and every visit. The staff is very professional and they have been on-time with my appointment each visit. Great friendly and family atmosphere.
