  I would not recommend this gym based on my experience. When I signed up, the general manager made a verbal agreement with me that was one of the main reasons I decided to become a member. A few months later, I was told they could no longer honor it because it was “bad management.” It’s disappointing that a business won’t stand behind what its own general manager promised. Customers shouldn’t be expected to suffer because of management’s mistakes or policy changes. Instead of finding a solution or taking accountability, they simply told me there was nothing they could do. This experience felt misleading and has completely changed my opinion of YouFit. If you’re considering joining, make sure every promise is in writing, because what you’re told when you sign up may not be honored later.

  Absolutely disappointed with this gym. When I signed up a few months ago, I was verbally promised certain terms by the employee who enrolled me. Now, when I tried to follow through on what was agreed, I’m being told they “can’t do that anymore” because of “bad management.” That’s not my problem. Customers shouldn’t have to pay for mistakes made by your staff or management. If your general manager isn’t authorized to make certain promises, they shouldn’t be telling customers otherwise. It feels misleading and unprofessional. Instead of honoring what I was told, they simply brushed it off and refused to take responsibility. I expected much better customer service and accountability. Based on my experience, I’d think twice before signing up here.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at YouFit. When I signed up months ago, I was verbally promised certain terms by the general manager. I agreed to join based on those representations. Now, when I try to hold the gym to what was originally explained to me, I am being told that the previous management should not have offered that and that they can no longer honor it. As a customer, it is frustrating to be caught in the middle of management changes. The promises made during the sign-up process were a major factor in my decision to join, and now I feel misled. If the “manager” is not authorized to offer something, customers should not be told otherwise just to secure a membership. The lack of accountability and consistency has left a very negative impression. Customers should be able to trust that what they are told when signing up will be honored. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with this location.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at YouFit. When I signed up several months ago, I was verbally told that certain terms would apply to my membership. I agreed to join based on that conversation. Now, when I’ve tried to follow through on what was discussed, I’m being told that management can no longer honor it and that the previous arrangement should never have been offered. Whether it was a mistake or poor communication from the manager at the time, the result is the same: I signed up based on information that turned out not to be accurate. It’s frustrating to hear, months later, that the agreement I was given verbally is no longer valid because of “bad management.” I understand policies can change, but customers should be able to trust the information they receive when signing up. I would have appreciated a clear explanation and an effort to make the situation right instead of simply being told that it can’t be done anymore. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling misled and has seriously damaged my trust in this gym. I hope YouFit improves its communication and training so future members don’t end up in the same situation.

  So far, so good! I’ve been a member at YouFit since January 2026, and I’ve had a great experience. The gym is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming and motivating. I’ve been training with Anthony, and he’s been amazing! One of my favorite things about him is how much he believes in me, even when I doubt myself. Every time I tell him, “I’m not strong,” he laughs and says, “Could’ve fooled me!” That always gives me a confidence boost. Anthony knows exactly when to take it easy and when to challenge me. Even when I’m struggling through those last few reps, he encourages me to finish strong because he knows I’m capable of more than I think. He’s kind, patient, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping me reach my goals. I’m grateful to have him as my trainer and highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who will support you while pushing you to become your best.
