  Insight chiropractic has helped me immensely with my knee pain to where i no longer have pain at all AND HBOT has also helped with chronic lyme disease The atmosphere at Insight is very zen and there are many different treatments on your journey to wellness. Great place. Great people

  My wife was 37 weeks pregnant with a breech baby when we decided to try acupuncture, and we are so grateful we did. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. The practitioner took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and made the entire experience relaxing and reassuring. We had our acupuncture appointment on Thursday, and at our follow-up OB appointment the very next day, we received the amazing news that our baby had turned head down! We know every pregnancy is different and there are never guarantees, but we truly believe this treatment was an important part of our journey. We can’t thank the team enough for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. If you’re considering acupuncture during pregnancy, especially for a breech baby, we highly recommend giving them a try. We’re incredibly thankful for such a positive experience!

  Hello Everyone, I had an acupuncture treatment today with Tim, and I must say that for me with the problems that I have he has made me feel real relaxed. It wasn't painful and it recognize some tender spots that I have from spinal surgery but overall it was a great experience and I will be returning. Tim really relieved some pressure. Thank you Tim....

  I didn’t realize how much pain and tension I had been carrying in my neck and shoulder until I finally experienced Sports Acupuncture. After days of feeling completely locked up, I walked in hoping for a little relief and walked out honestly amazed. This was such a unique combination of therapies and services that I had never experienced before and I could literally feel the difference almost immediately. The treatment was incredibly targeted, relaxing and effective all at the same time. I left with more movement, less pain and a huge sense of gratitude. What surprised me even more was how affordable it was for the level of care and results I received. Sometimes we don’t realize how much our bodies are asking for help until someone truly knows how to listen and respond to it. So thankful for practitioners that help people heal naturally and get back to feeling like themselves again. My neck and shoulder are VERY grateful today. 💖✨
