- AAAndreaJul 23, 20261.0Worst customer service ! I have been a customer for many years. Optometrist is great but I just called now and had two if the worst employees answer the phone. I had to call 4 x back to back just to get someone to answer the phone . The first one was a woman who could barely make two sentences, rude, sounded like she was annoyed and when I asked a simple question about their location she couldn’t give me a clear answer. I asked her to connect me hi their manager. The “ Manager” got on the phone and he was just as rude, unprofessional and sounded like I was talking to an inexperienced employee. He had no professional maturity . When I told him about the situation of what i experienced, his response was “Ok”. No effort in his voice to even apologize . I asked him what exactly does he have to say about the rude person who spoke with me and his response was “ I was not in the conversation , so I can’t comment” . Now I was completely frustrated and palled at this lack of professionalism from a so called “ Manager.” . I asked him if he is the manager and he said no !! I told him I want go speak to an actual manager of Target Optical and he said there is no manager today. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous that a place of business has no manager on duty . I will not be coming back to Target Optical and I will be reaching out to corporate.
