  ****SCAM**** Bought a Groupon for a colon cleanser back in Dec.'25. Called Feb. to book my Aptment. Lady I spoke with said she is in the middle of a session and will call me back to make the reservation. She never did. I have called multiple times and texted with no avail. Looked up the business address today to go in person only to read all these negative reviews. I will be disputing this charge with my bank.

  Ellie isn’t in business right now due to licensing issues. I scheduled an appointment, showed up, and spoke to the person who owns the suite that Ellie rents from. She shared that this has been an issue for a few months where people keep booking and to contact Ellie directly for a refund. I’ve called and texted and she does not reply. It’s been 2 days. I understand she’s probably busy as we all are but it takes 60 seconds to reply and verbally confirm I will be getting a refund. If she would have replied I’d even happily consider coming back when she’s up and running but after seeing how much she doesn’t care to even acknowledge a message of mine I would never trust my body with her. Ellie I understand you probably have a lot going on but as a potential customer being in the service industry I urge you try a little harder. This is a hard industry and you can’t please everyone but respect is bare minimum. The very least you could do is take down the option to book an appointment with you on your Website because after getting ghosting by you this feels like a scam. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. Thanks for nothing.

  The service was excellent. I would recommend this facility anyone interested in getting a Colonic. It was clean and a pleasant experience. I plan to go again in the future.

  I was a little nervous to try colonics at first, but the experience was much better than I expected. The space was clean, comfortable, and very professional. Ellie explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease the entire time. After my session, I felt lighter, less bloated, and more energized. I lost a pound in me first session immediately and four days later I lost 4 pounds and one inch off my waist.If you’ve been considering colonics, I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try.
