  I had a very frustrating experience with this gym’s billing and customer service. My account was paid in advance using Cash App and my balance showed $0. Despite this, the system still attempted to charge my linked payment method again, which led to failed payment fees being added. Instead of properly resolving the issue, I was told I was responsible for the fees and that refunds are not provided. I ended up paying multiple charges to avoid my account going to collections, even though the payments had already been made ahead of time. When I called ABC support, I was hung up on during a call with a representative named John I believe while trying to get clarification. When I called the club directly, I was told my account would be sent to collections. During that call, I also felt the representative became dismissive after I clearly stated my frustration was not directed at him. Even though he could see the payment history and acknowledged the situation, I still felt like I was being treated as if I was not telling the truth. Overall, the billing system does not properly reflect prepaid payments in real time, which can result in duplicate charges and unnecessary fees. The customer service experience did not resolve the issue clearly or fairly. I’m honestly glad I left this gym. You’re paying this much and still don’t feel like you’re getting your money’s worth.

  It’s always never crowded, they have the equipment grouped so I can focus on specific body parts, Max the Assistant Manager is always welcoming and ready to ask how things went, etc. Planet Fitness can go kiss rotten eggs. They’re always overcrowded and don’t have the selection that’s at YouFit. Amen

  I have a membership here and everyone is very polite and helpful. It's never overcrowded. It's a basic gym, but you can still get a good workout.
