Genise talked to Matt last Tuesday at the Lauderdale Lakes location,he was going over a pass bill I wasn’t aware of because I just had paid a payment for around $39 cash by another worker there, Remind you I signed up in April online , I’m on a bi weekly plan. My start up fee I paid with debit around $16 , So last Tuesday I show up the same young man I paid $39 to said you have a pass due, so I told him no way I just paid you last wk $39 cash , he drifted away then Matt came up I introduced myself so did he , he start going over my bill , and finally he said oh because you have annual fee that is around $60 and plus you have a charge when your card was charged no funds was there also biweekly $16 . I repeatedly asked how much is my bill? He kepted talking about the annual fee until I finally said you told me that ,what is the total bill ? He said $100 I will remove the late fee of $20, I said the American Express cancel because of fraudulent charges, I explained to Matt I usually come every morning around 5am I will bring $80 cash since you are going to cancel the $20 late fee. He said great I will leave a note here for the opening manager you will pay $80 cash , he said I will need routing number and account number of file . I said fine ,but do not charge anything on my checking account because nothing is on that account . He said I will not , I asked for schedule for my payments for biweekly payments, he did provide it . And we said our good byes, I go to workout that Wednesday morning trying to pay the very nice young man that’s always there in the morning the $80 cash , he said I can’t take that it is only showing $16 , I said check again Matt said he would leave a note here, I paid the $16 and called Matt Wednesday afternoon, I asked Matt why the young man wouldn’t let me pay the $80 ? He asked for my phone number, and I provided to him, Matt said wow I see the same thing , your all good , Matt said maybe your card got charged I said no because I told you that I canceled the American Express due to fraudulent charges . He said well the charges are not here any more , So today 5/1 I checks my checking account he knew he had charged my checking after I asked him not to , he still did ! I called very upset . He claimed to be in a meeting , it is now 4:49 still no callback ! I only had this account since April , I think around the 7th not even a month I have paid

I need a break down , this is the reason I stop coming before . If I can’t get this resolved I will have my attorney take care of this .
