  I just received my Medicare coverage and I couldn’t be happier than I am with Suncoast Family Medical! They treat me like gold when I go in there. I’m just so blown away by the service and the expertise. I love Dr. Clark. He is my personal primary care physician and I couldn’t ask for a better more knowledgeable human being. Also, every time I call and I speak to Yanna, she is absolutely amazing. Gets everything done in record time. It’s kind of unheard of in the medical profession, but I’m very thrilled. Just wanted to give this review!

  My mother was a patient there. As of now we will not go back. They over book appointments and causes wait times of 30 to 40 minutes. Also DO NOT ask for a copy of your records. That will cause the desk staff to come up with every excuse to not do it and threaten to charge you out the nose if you still want them. The staff then claimed it's the law that they charge you for their time and there is a 30 day processing wait. I would not recommend at all.

  Aside from Dr. Patel; who is now unfortunately gone, & Alicia Pratt [APRN] always being soo wonderful, hence the only star, this has become an absolutely horrible Practice due to the new Providers they have brought onboard. Our loved one has been a Patient of this Clinic for well over 18 years. Dr. Mary Martino has ZERO bedside manner. Telling an Elderly Person who was laid up in the ICU through the entire holiday season that they probably aren’t gonna live long enough for a certain type of medication w/ zero empathy is something I wish on no one. Then changing another medication that they have been on for 40 years with no notice to the Patient, now the family after running back & forth to the hospital through Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, & Birthdays has to deal w/ the stress of looking for another Primary Care Provider close by after all this time is truly unheard of. This used to be an amazing Clinic… Always wished I had the insurance they took so I could go here as well… Now, may as well literally go anywhere else. …& you or your loved one should too!!
