Thurs., June 18, 2026 FIVE (5) STARS ( Long review below)
I can't speak highly enough about Miracle Ear of Largo, Florida, for several reasons. The most important of which is because of two key employees: Ms. Lauren & Ms. Emily. They are the kinds of people whose personalities one never forgets because they are most sincere, kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable to name only a few qualities here... Generous, hardworking, and a good cheer also come to mind. You've heard the expression concerning the rare individual who "lights up a room" upon entering it. Well, this is how they BOTH radiate right over the phone and in person. A year ago and then today, I have had the same experiences with both of them; consequently, I would like them and all of you readers to know this. I also recall the hearing - tester Eric, who had formerly worked there a year ago when I had my hearing test done who also shared these qualities. He also impressed me as very thorough, thus I was sorry to hear today that he is no longer working there. Suffice to say, these individuals had helped me very much last year. And, today, over the phone I had the same great experience with Ms. Lauren and Ms. Emily and need them and all of you to know that these two ladies had literally changed my life a year ago for the better and are still doing so on today's call, indeed, via their additional assistance.
I was pretty scarred last year prior to originally calling to schedule my first hearing test following a long stretch of misery and dread over what I suspected was wrong, but they came to my rescue with such encouragement and warmth, that I was able to go through with the hearing test. The way these ladies handle things on calls and one of them in person who went way beyond, made all the difference... I believe one of them is working at a calling station, directing issues, per se. I had never forgotten either of them and thought about all this many times over the past year...Such good cheer, sincere, very loving, while being complete experts at what they do and how they handle clients.
What I want to covey is that they have a sincere ability to make prospective clients feel that they are not simply working there to get a paycheck, but that they genuinely care about people. These are rare gems today. I, for one, therefore, recommend that the Miracle Ear Corp. should kindly please give them frequent promotions and raises to keep them employed there FOREVER!
As for the office itself and logistics, it is a cute, immaculately kept space with no outer or internal noises interfering, such as parking lot or street noises, or odd office building-type noises, etc. If it is your first time there, you, too, will find the place cozy with a few respectfully placed seats that will not overwhelm because they plan appointments wisely, thus the seating space will NOT be crammed with customers whose interactions and/or behaviors could create interruptive noises for other clients or when being tested. I could go on and on here, but i just want you to know that these two ladies (and Eric) had given me such respect and expert advice per my all-round client needs that I would not hesitate to send anyone to this location. Consequently, I intend to keep telling more people. And yes, via my hearing test, it was ascertained that I have some hearing loss in one ear... This year, I may also have the beginnings of some loss in the other one. When it comes time for hearing aids, I won't forget Miracle Ear of Largo, FL. Lastly, I would like to encourage Miracle Ear's Promotional Dept. to kindly please keep printing and distributing their hearing test coupons and flyers, especially to seniors like me, without which, I would have remained in limbo to this day! Thanks again, Miracle Ear of Largo, FL
