  Didn't like filling out forms that the office already had the information In earlier years the office worker updated any changes you had.Why are the patients having to do this when we are not familiar with the technolog? I tried 3 times to fill out the forms sent to my phone. I was told at the office that it needed to be done on a tablet. 25 years of going to this office, I always have been happy with the office experience =wasn't happy at this appointment.

  I recently went to Mid County Dental. I had an evaluation and received a printout of any cost that might occur on my part that my insurance would not pay. The first procedure I was told my portion was zero, but they charged me $32.00 anyway. And I paid it. The 2nd procedure I was told my portion was zero, then they billed me $300.00, plus the $32.00 I had already paid. I spoke with the insurance company, they said that an Evidence of Benafits had ben sent at the beginning of the year, so they know what is covered.... Since I had already paid the $32.00 I have called three times to get that portion removed, and was told they would remove the $32.00. Today I received another incorrect bill... I hope you have a better experience.

  Been going to Dr Warner for years now and my visits always exceed my expectations. They are timely, efficient and everyone looks like they are happy to be there. Further and most importantly, the staff is very talented. My dental hygienist is the best I've ever had and Dr Warner cemented a spot on my permanent retainer that hasn't budged in years unlike others that told me I would have to see an orthodontist to remove and replace them.
