Coby Causey provided incredible support is helping me choose the best multivitamin, protein and creatine. He is by far the most knowledgeable coach I have met in the 30+ years of using GNC. His knowledge of the pricing & sales promotion was EXTENSIVE. He’s a great asset for GNC!

Absolutely horrible experience at this GNC store on Ulmerton. I was sold a membership while purchasing products without being clearly informed that there was a charge. I was under the impression that it was a free membership. When I called the store to ask for a refund, Coby was extremely rude. I was then ping-ponged back and forth between customer service and the store, and neither was willing to help me. This takes the cake for some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Thankfully, AmEx refunded the membership charge. I feel completely misled and will never shop at this store again. Absolute cons.

Bait and switch con artists. Signs in front of the store saying 50% off everything but when you go inside the sale doesn't include everything. Absolute joke trying to trick people to come in your store and then they find out the sale is a lie
