  It’s been and three years since I purchased, with help of Humana Advantage Plan, my still-under-warranty, Signia Pure hearing aids and three months since I self-purchased Phonak Audio Sphere 90 aids. I made the switch because I was dissatisfied with the performance of Signia and impressed with a trial of Phonak. A brief summary of what impressed me. They are waterproof and being a cyclist I often get caught in the rain in Florida. A plus is they do not need a dehumidifier. As a side-sleeper, who often listens to podcasts overnight, they are comfortable to wear. Bluetooth is easy to use as is television wireless transmission. They are simple to tap off and on if needed for conversation or situational awareness. Lastly, the charger has a closable cover for secure transport. A shout out to Scott and his office team; Trisha, Kelly and Dylan in Largo Florida, all friendly, competent and professional.

  I had my first appointment with Scott this week, and I found him to be very knowledgeable and caring! He was so pleasant and courteous! So happy he is so conveniently located. Great experience!

  This location takes us over an hour to drive to but the employees make it worth it. Scott, the hearing aid specialist, takes his time to listen to the patient, and family member(s), to make sure the hearing aids are working right and the customers understand how to wear them and control them. The employees we've interacted with at the front desk are very nice and polite. We found this location in Largo after the one near The Villages wouldn't help get my grandfather's $5000 hearing aids to work or fit right. The first time we went to Largo, Scott took molds of my grandfather's ears. That's all it took for the hearing aids to fit right and work right so he could hear people talk.

  The hearing specialist was very helpful and understanding, of my problem with the hearing aids, and took care of the problem in a timely manner. I am happy that I connected up with this company, as I was not looking for those "so-called" hearing aids which were advertised on TV. Thank you, very much.

  As a nurse my hearing is very important and after going to sound advice and getting my first Hearing aides about 7 years ago it has helped me to maintain working in my field. I later tried other hearing aides and found they NEVER gave me the Quality of sound the my Sound advice hearing aides did. I love the Bluetooth technology. The Focused sound has helped when it gets really noisy and busy at work. I hear people say OH I have hearing aides at home they don't work. This is when I suggest they go to Sound Advice and get real hearing aides
