  I highly recommend Club Pilates Largo. I have learned a great deal from Athena Liolios, a master trainer in Pilates. A lot of instructors give a good workout, but with Athena you receive a great workout that's Pilates centric, including principles and breathing instruction. Athena also has an experienced eye when it comes to noticing an injury or existing condition in one's body. For example, she immediately noticed my scoliosis and gave me suggestions for modifications when needed. I feel lucky to have been trained by her.

  Many thanks go out to Arlette, the most amazing Pilates instructor. I feel stronger with each class. Arlette provides so much knowledge to her students and I appreciate her sense of humor. The studio is a positive and welcoming environment for all levels.

  I just started at Club Pilates Largo this month and have been really impressed so far… the instructors are all fantastic, super encouraging and make the classes enjoyable. There’s a great variety, so it never feels repetitive. I also really like that they have stretching/foam roller classes. Check-in is really easy, the studio is clean and well organized, and I love the little touches like having filtered water available… such a nice bonus. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience and I’m so glad I joined!

  Club Pilates Largo has been life changing for me! My body is so much stronger thanks to the Pilates instructors here.
