    This location takes us over an hour to drive to but the employees make it worth it. Scott, the hearing aid specialist, takes his time to listen to the patient, and family member(s), to make sure the hearing aids are working right and the customers understand how to wear them and control them. The employees we've interacted with at the front desk are very nice and polite. We found this location in Largo after the one near The Villages wouldn't help get my grandfather's $5000 hearing aids to work or fit right. The first time we went to Largo, Scott took molds of my grandfather's ears. That's all it took for the hearing aids to fit right and work right so he could hear people talk.

    I am a visiting Canadian. I needed a retention tab to replace one lost for my hearing aid. Audio Nova had the part and fixed me up no charge! Very happy! John
