Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

- BABrandie AllenJun 24, 20265.0I usually don’t do reviews simply due to time being a very busy mom but today I felt the need to take the time and share what an absolutely wonderful experience I had with Michael today at Pearle Vision Lakeland. The customer service I received over the phone was top notch! I have been to Pearle Vision a couple times, Today I had called for a quick question regarding a switch in prescription my son’s doctor had made. Instead of being told you have to reach out to your vision insurance Michael went out of his way to look up my sons information in the system and without me even asking and without hesitation he said let me make a call and talk to them and I will call you back. After being exhausted from spending most of the afternoon at the eye doctor with my son, it was a relief to have Michael not only call but step in and get the answers I needed to my questions. What may seem to some as a small gesture meant alot to me and made my day. Full time moms and moms with small children will understand! Sadly we do not experience this same amazing customer service everywhere you go nowadays. Due to the amazing customer experience I received today, I will be a loyal customer to Pearle Vision! :)
