  I had been going to the facilty in Plant City, Florida where Leanne at the front desk and Tracy the specialist had been assisting me. Both were absolutely amazing, so I was very sad when that location closed. Because of the closure, I started going to this Lakeland facility and struck gold once again! The associate at the front desk (her name is Tuesday) was also amazing! She is very friendly, very helpful, and an absolute pleasure to talk to! The specialist is Vanessa, who provided outstanding service as well. She was also very friendly and a pleasure to talk to! Leanne, Tracy, Tuesday, and Vanessa are all top-notch at what they do, and they truly care about their customers! Miracle Ear provides world-class service!

  The first person you meet is Ms. Tuesday at the front desk. She is the "face" of the office and does a wonderful job making everyone feel welcome. In healthcare, the first interaction is the most important for lowering stress, and Ms. Tuesday’s kindness and efficiency make the check-in process easy and pleasant. Once you are called back, the technician Vanessa takes over. She is highly skilled and knows exactly how to handle the latest hearing technology. Vanessa doesn't just "sell" a device; she takes the time to test your hearing carefully and program the aids to fit your specific needs. Her patient and professional attitude helps take away the "doctor’s office anxiety" that many people feel. Together, they provide the "Miracle-Ear Difference," which includes a 75-year history of expertise and a promise of lifetime service and adjustments. If you want a team that is patient, professional, and truly cares about your hearing, Ms. Tuesday and Vanessa are the ones to see.

  Went to the Merchants Miracle Ear. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted cheerfully by Tuesday. She checked me in offered my daughter and I something to drink told us to have a seat and Vanessa would be right with us. Vanessa greeted us and took me back listened to my concerns about my hearing aid. She took them both to the back and checked them out. Come to find out the one I thought had stopped working was clogged up. She then examined my ears , cleaned them out and put the clean hearing aids back in. She explained how important it is to keep them working and how they want the best experience for you. She told me never hesitate to call or come by with a problem or question. Well definitely make this my permanent location.
