  We had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters! The eye doctor was extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to conduct a comprehensive exam without making us feel rushed. The optical staff was welcoming, patient, and very helpful in guiding me through their large selection of high-end frames and lens options. The process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality eye care and eyewear!

  Drove down from Zephyrhills and so glad I did. Received professional service, excellent staff and convenient location. The eye Dr was efficient and the salesperson Caroline was wonderful. Thank you Lenscrafters!

  I want to thank the young ladies who worked on my glasses even though I did not get them there first day I brought my VA glasses in for adjustment second time in less then week I sat on them lisa (ithimj) fixed them third time again less then week I fell and bent glasses which I didn't purchase there she was busy so she had another young lady work on them but she inspected them a d made sure they were right it is do good to see employees like her and hope she gets noted ✅️

  I had such a wonderful experience at LensCrafters! Stacy was absolutely wonderful to work with—she was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process so easy.   Do Not Get Your Glasses from Lens Crafters! I bought a pair of prescription sunglasses from Lens Crafters on Hwy 98 N Lakeland and had a terrible experience. I was in shock when they gave me the price with my insurance discount. I went ahead with the purchase and then found out that I could get the same glasses elsewhere for 1/2 the price. Since Lens Crafters has a 30 return policy I decide to return them and go elsewhere. When I came in the manager Stacy Testut was completely rude and unprofessional. She took my original receipt and just put her initials on it and wrote "returned" on it. Then she said you will get an emailed returned receipt emailed to you in 3-5 days. I requested a receipt of the return to my credit card and she said "it will come to your email in 3-5 days" Very rudely. I pushed back and said any store you go to with a return would give you a returned receipt showing it going back to your credit card. Then she got on the computer and retuned it and said check your email it should be coming. I waited a couple minutes and it then came to my email. Why did she not process my return in the first place and make me wait 3-5 days in order for her to do it. Well it was the end of the month and she wanted her sales quota. I will never go to a lens crafters again as they not only price gouged me but then was rude and had no interest in helping me. Not only was she rude to me but she was also very rude to the young lady who was working in the store. She has no business being a manager or working in customer service! The only reason I put 1 star is because google reviews would not let me post without putting a rating.
