  Fix it or tear it up real good “Rico”

  I’ve been shopping at the GNC in South Lakeland for years and have spent a lot of money there over time. Usually there’s a gentleman there during the mornings who is very helpful and professional. Tonight around 6:30 PM, I stopped in with my son to look at Burn 2.0. During conversation I mentioned that you can sometimes find it cheaper online, and the young lady working simply replied “OK” and just stared at me in silence. The interaction felt cold, uncomfortable, and honestly a little rude, like it was a “take it or leave it” attitude instead of trying to help or explain anything. Customer service matters, especially for loyal customers. I’m not trying to attack anyone personally, but I do think more customer service training could help. A friendly explanation or conversation goes a long way in making customers feel welcome and appreciated.

  Verry help full clean .But for stuff I buy is alittle expensive. Has I would say all suplments your looking for & may have troble finding at brick & morter store
