  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at this GNC, and I have to give a special shoutout to Haitham Rifai. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish instead of just trying to sell me something. His knowledge of supplements, nutrition, and training was obvious, and he explained the differences between products in a way that actually made sense. The store itself was one of the cleanest and best-organized GNC locations I’ve visited. Everything was easy to find, shelves were fully stocked, and the displays were well maintained. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the store looking professional. There was a huge selection of protein powders, pre-workouts, vitamins, energy drinks, recovery products, and wellness supplements, so whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been training for years, there’s something for everyone. What impressed me most was that I never felt pressured into buying the most expensive product. Haitham focused on finding what fit my goals and budget, answered every question patiently, and made recommendations based on what I actually needed. That level of honesty and customer service is becoming harder to find. It’s clear this location is run with pride and attention to detail. If you’re looking for expert advice, great customer service, and a clean, well-stocked supplement store, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Haitham. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future supplement needs.

  I’ve been shopping at the GNC in South Lakeland for years and have spent a lot of money there over time. Usually there’s a gentleman there during the mornings who is very helpful and professional. Tonight around 6:30 PM, I stopped in with my son to look at Burn 2.0. During conversation I mentioned that you can sometimes find it cheaper online, and the young lady working simply replied “OK” and just stared at me in silence. The interaction felt cold, uncomfortable, and honestly a little rude, like it was a “take it or leave it” attitude instead of trying to help or explain anything. Customer service matters, especially for loyal customers. I’m not trying to attack anyone personally, but I do think more customer service training could help. A friendly explanation or conversation goes a long way in making customers feel welcome and appreciated.
