  I am new to Pilates and really enjoyed my first classes. Fithrie, my teacher, instructed in a professional and fun manner, loved the lunges and stretches for my tight muscles. The classes never feel boring or long. Also the beds and exercise equipment are top quality.

  Brie is an amazing instructor for those just starting out or who have questions. She breaks everything down and really explains the why behind everything.

  I had the pleasure of taking a Pilates class with a new instructor Fithrie and was really impressed. She created a welcoming atmosphere, gave clear guidance, and offered helpful adjustments throughout the class. Her positive energy made the session both enjoyable and effective. I’m looking forward to taking another class!
