A bit expensive and membership only. Great class but wish you could buy class packs or stand alone classes.

I have longed for great core work, stretching and great breathing. This is the best fitness classes I’ve ever done! I love all the classes. When I eat poorly I just take a few more cardio classes. More stressful week, more center and balance. Love Pilates! I even find Pilates studios when I’m traveling now!

I hate this place so much I come 6 days a week to be tortured. I absolutely adore every single instructor here!!! Don’t let them fool you either, the more petite the instructor the tougher they are. I mean they literally kick my butt every single class. If you’re on the fence of joining, just climb on over already and join! So worth it! And honestly, the unlimited membership is the best choice. I love being able to go whenever I want. Thank you CP! I love you all ❤️
