  Two and a half years and 760 classes in. I try to never start my day without my friends at Club Pilates Lake Worth and west Boynton! I'm feeling great!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Club Pilates. After experiencing a significant financial hardship and losing my job, I contacted them to explain my situation and request assistance with canceling my membership. Rather than showing any understanding or offering options, I was told there was nothing they could do unless I paid the balance owed. Despite clearly explaining that I was unemployed and struggling financially, the staff showed little compassion or willingness to work with me. I felt completely dismissed and unsupported during an already difficult time. Instead of helping me find a reasonable solution, my account was sent to collections, further adding to my financial stress. The overall message I received was essentially, "figure it out yourself." The conversation ended abruptly, and I felt unheard and disrespected. I understand businesses have policies, but customer service should also include empathy and a willingness to work with people facing genuine hardships. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Club Pilates due to their lack of flexibility, understanding, and customer care during a difficult financial situation.

  My husband passed away three months ago and I have trouble making ends meet without his income. Tried to cancel before the 30 days but was forced to go into the studio in order to cancel. After finally getting to the studio to cancel because of financial reasons they denied me leniency with the 30 day policy. They could've handled this so much better. So sad that management has no compassion.

  The classes are fun, easygoing, and you can grow at your own pace. The instructors are amazing! They make sure you’re doing everything correctly and take the time to answer any questions you have. They really pay attention and guide you through each movement. The cancellation and membership policies can be a bit strict, so just make sure to plan ahead. I’ve been going for about a month now and even upgraded my membership. I feel great and have already noticed positive changes in my body. The staff is friendly and welcoming—I’m really happy and excited, and I look forward to every class!

  My sister and I just completed our first month of club pilates. We are both so happy! I have been working out for a few years and didn't have much expectations but I'll tell you what these instructors engage your muscles and relax you at the same time. Love it!
