From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable. The technician and doctor were very professional and friendly. The tech that helped me find just the right pair of glasses (Paula?)was patient and explained pricing/insurance in layman's terms. She took her time with me and looked for sales/coupons that could help lower the cost.

A friendly and helpful team that provided excellent service with great prices and a swift turnaround. They made sure the glasses fit our 8 year old son’s face and took the time to talk to him as well. Highly recommend!

I went to the store today to get my glasses frame fixed and I thought it would cost at least $50 to get it fixed. I was served quickly by Robert, who was super kind and didn't charge me anything for the service. I was amazed by the speed and honesty.

Be weary. If you have insurance they will not allow you to get discounts in store. For instance if frames are on clearance. You can NOT use your insurance for the clearance frames and get the clearance price. Its my 1st time here and last time. NO other eyeglass place has ever done that. I can assure you America best allows it. Insurance is not a promotion as target optical is saying. Simply ridiculous. Go elsewhere, its a money grab. Upcharge, upsell. Stay away, again a money grab. The do not have the digital mapping of the eye or field vision testing equipment. I thought all optical places had that. The patient testing area is dirty and I mean dust everywhere. The staff and doctor are very friendly. Do yourself a favor and go to a place that has the proper equipment for a proper eye exam at s much more reasonable price w more advanced technology. Very disappointing
