I called to find out my “PD” which is a measurement needed to order from an online source. I called and was told that was not included in the exam and was $25 extra! This info was not disclosed to me while I was there and even when I told them I would order elsewhere it was never mentioned. I can’t help but wonder if I had ordered from them would they have had the measurement? So now I have to wait til I am back from my daughters wedding which is out of town make an appointment just to get this measurement. Very disappointed in the service I got from here!
