  Terrible experience trying to book an appointment. Both online and over the phone, the employees seem to look for any excuse not to give appointments. It is disappointing that they accept my vision insurance but put so many roadblocks in the way of using it. I definitely do not recommend this location if you value your time.

  I have been getting my glasses at Lens Crafters for over 20 years. However this is the second time I have been to lenscrafters to have my glasses tuned up. Cleaned, nose pads replaced and adjusted because they are sliding down my nose. Now I have been turned away 2 times. Everyone was nice. They just have no staffing.....

  According to Lens Crafters Policy, I can return any pair of glasses bought at any lens. Rafters within 30 days. This location told me I could not return my pair or meta glasses because they didn’t have that pair. A neighboring lens crafters also said they didn’t have that specific pair but accepted the return because of that policy. Store didn’t want to receive the return for some reason.

  Very disappointing experience with LensCrafters. On September 17, I purchased three pairs of prescription glasses two for me and one for my husband for a total of $538.40. After almost two weeks, I had to call the store myself to find out that one of my frames was out of stock. I was never notified, and they couldn’t even provide an estimated arrival date. I was told I could come in and select another frame in the same price range, but once I arrived, I was given completely different information and told I would have to pay more. When I expressed my frustration, Karolyn told me, “There is nothing I can do for you. It is what it is,” and suggested that returning the glasses was the “best solution.” I found the lack of communication, professionalism, and willingness to help extremely disappointing. These glasses are a medical necessity for me due to a corneal injury and a significant change in my prescription. I had already waited nearly two weeks and paid over $500, yet instead of helping find a reasonable solution, I felt dismissed. I ultimately requested a refund. Inventory issues can happen, but poor communication and dismissive customer service are unacceptable. I expected much better from LensCrafters.

  Awesome team! I came in a couple minutes before close because the plastic nose piece fell off of my glasses I had bought online a couple of months ago. I was worried they would tell me to come back as it was almost time to close. The gentlemen at the front took care of me right away and the lady in the back was able to fix it no problem and replace the other one as well. Unfortunately I didn’t get any of their names because I was only there a couple of minutes my Thank you guys!
