Arrived at the store with no appointment and a broken pair of glasses. The guy who helped me was very attentive and was able to fit my lenses into new frames with no wait. So happy with my new frames.

I went to LensCrafters’s at The Loop in Kissimmee to get my Ann eye exam. I went specifically to order the new Meta glasses because my coworker told me about them. All the associates were welcoming and spoke to me as soon as I walked in. Dani assisted me with looking at frames and answering my questions.is She was very helpful, friendly and patient while I decided what I wanted. A piece of advice that I didn’t know, you can use Afterpay or Klarna there for payment options. Dani is AWESOME! My experience was 5-stars!!

Extreme gratitude towards Stephanie Santiago she went out of her way to not only correct an order but took the extra mile to make sure I come back as a customer! Though there was a mixup with mail she communicated and resolved the issue.
Will be returning for any optical needs thank you once again for the customer service!

The Dr as aways was amazing. Thank you for taking your time with me. As far as the front staff. Not the intake lady. Were no help at all. After picking my glasses. The lady didn not go over any of my order. Just said how much.495. I said thats to high and some rhings were different. The she said 372.00. Then i tried to use care credit . I have been going to LensCrafters for almost 20 years now. My experience with this particular store has been the worst experience I’ve had with a LensCrafters and I’ve been to multiple locations. The staff is very unprofessional in the eye doctor office. I was in Orlando and had a medical emergency with my contact. I called my eye doctor at another lensCrafters and they told me to call the nearest one to get a pair of lenses after mine ripped. Mind you my vision is -7.00 which is unsafe for me to drive without contacts. I expressed this to the Kissimmee office and they agreed it was dangerous and they would get me a pair of lenses and just to have my office send over my prescription and they would follow up after. So my eye doctor sent my prescription I waited about two hours, and heard nothing from the Kissimmee office. So I called and got sent to voicemail, left a message. Waited another few hours called back and all my calls got sent to voicemail. Mind you this is during their normal business hours I was calling around 10am. I understand things get busy, but I never heard back. It’s been 3 days and they never called me or my office back. I understand if they didn’t have the prescription but to tell me they would help while I was having an emergency and then go non responsive is extremely unprofessional. At least a call back of an explanation would've been more professional. I ended up calling an America’s Best Eyewear later in the day after this LensCrafters never got back to me. The America’s best staff was amazing during my emergency and super helpful. I would highly recommend going there over LensCrafters. As a 20 year LensCrafters customer that’s saying something.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
