  Very disappointing experience with this office in Poinciana. We arrived for our scheduled appointment only to be told that the doctor was not there. The staff claimed they had called us to notify us, but the day before the appointment we actually received a message from the office asking us to confirm the appointment. We drove all the way there expecting to be seen, only to find out the appointment could not happen. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the woman at the front desk. She was very unpleasant and seemed more interested in blaming us for the situation than trying to understand what happened or offer any kind of solution. Mistakes and scheduling issues can happen, but the way they are handled makes a big difference. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service made this a very frustrating experience.

  Saif Rehman was my nephrologist since 2024. I was diagnosed with stage 2 kidney disease and he helped me with treatment. I’m currently on Tacrolimus and had asked him, because my symptoms were under control for over 6months, could I wean off. He said he wanted me to stay on the drug for two years and if I disagreed to get a second opinion. I got a second opinion and they said after being in remission I could wean off. I shared that with dr Rehman and was reaching out every week with messages in the portal and voicemails. I finally caught his assistant Madeline, a month later, and she shared dr Rehman would no longer see me as a patient and I should go with the doctor that gave me the second opinion. That doctor was out of state and not an option for me to have care by him. Madeline said she would check to see if there was another doctor in the office that would take me. She never called back, I called everyday for a week and finally the office manager Sheila Tillman called me and said no one will take me and they were sending me a letter. I’m extremely upset and disappointed at the lack of professionalism of the office. I did what the doctor had said. I would not recommend this office.

  I'm the close friend of a patient named Brandon P. I have been encouraging him to speak up about he is treated. On June 24th, he arrives more than 15minutes early(10:40am) for his appointment at 11am (as they asked) and checked in. At 11:15am he goes to the desk and ask about the delay, after watch others called back soon after arriving. One assistant says I told them but they didn't respond. So, she tells them again and Brandon still waited over 30 more minutes. I, Darryl S, arrive at 12:10pm assuming he was ready, but Brandon actually had just been called back. To make matters worse, every time he goes back for weighing Jennifer, changes his weight according to how she feels, not the scale. No other doctors office or hospital does this. One day she took off 2lb and he notice. When he asked her about it, she said it was for his shoes(Crocs), and he told her to put it back. This last visit his weight was 113lbs, and she took off 3lbs for the weight of all his clothes. It makes you ask, "what else is she changing on medical records. Mind you Brandon is 41yrs... 5'5" tall. If the doctor sees constant fluctuations in his weight he will assume he's not eating properly and view it as a cause of his kidney issues. She honestly needs to reprimanded for falsified medical charts.
