  Apex Endodontic Studio is a good place to come for your endodontic services. Dr. Douglas is very knowledgeable and what I appreciate is that she does not rush and works carefully. I had the pleasure of also meeting assistants Liz and Cecilia who help you feel at ease and explain everything that is going on. As well as the front office assistants that also are very caring. I highly recommend Apex endodontics!

  The front desk office staff were patient with me and helpful getting me scheduled and answering all my initial questions. It was very much appreciated getting everything ready. Upon arrival for my treatment I had a little anxiety considering I was about to go "under the knife" as they say, but Cecilia walked me through the entire procedure and was always supportive and encouraging. Dr. Douglas always had a smile on her face, was very professional and most importantly very skilled, as treatment was administered without a hitch. She even gave me a booster of anastetic after completion of the procedure since the original anastetic began to wear off slightly. They also gave me some Advil and water before I left to help minimize any discomfort a few hours after I had left the office. It was much appreciated and did the trick. It has been approximately six hours since the visit and I am currently at home feeling pretty good. More importantly, my tooth is well on its way to being restored. Thank you very much.

  Amazing experience. On the evaluation day everyone at reception was nice. Liz took care of me and she make sure I was fine. Dr Douglas was very good. Both of them make sure I was comfortable. Today On the procedure day I had the best attention too. Liz make sure 100 % I was comfortable and Dr Douglas too. No doubt everyone will have the best experience like me. Thank you Liz and Dr Douglas. ☺️

  This morning I awoke to excruciating pain from an area in my mouth that I knew needed a root canal. My general dentist had recommended Dr. Douglas for the endodontic treatment and I had been seen by her for an evaluation last week. I thought I could wait to get it done until util after my vacation but the pain this morning changed my mind. I called the office, described my situation and asked if any appointments were available. They were so nice about it and agreed to see me the same day in the afternoon. The whole experience felt more like a spa visit than a root canal. Ambient light, soft French music and everyone was so warm, kind and caring. From the local anesthesia, to the prep work to the actual root canal - it was a smooth, painless, comfortable and calm experience. The instruments/tools appear to be state of the art, way more sophisticated than at a general dentist's office and Dr. Douglas has a calming aura of competence that makes you feel at ease. I am incredibly grateful for the impromptu treatment and excellent care. Highly recommend her practice.

  If every dental experience was done with the care, compassion, and attention that Apex Endodontic Studio provides, no one would have dental anxiety again. I was referred to this amazing practice for a root canal and I am truly so grateful. Every member of their team genuinely cares about you and the experience they are curating for you and this was evident from the moment I entered Apex for my initial consultation. They truly made me feel calm and confident by explaining everything in detail - every step of the process. I would particularly like to thank Laura and Dr. Douglas for providing me with such detailed care from the moment I arrived for my procedure. The accommodations provided (blanket & glasses to stream Netflix) were just the cherry on top!! They truly made me feel comfortable and safe, which resulted in a seamless procedure with absolutely no discomfort. The work this clinic is doing goes beyond dental care - it is patient care at its finest and while I hope to never need a root canal again - if I do, Apex is the only option.
