  If I need a walk-in clinic in Key West, this is it! I’ve never waited more than an hour (usually 30 minutes or less). Caring and concerned professionals! I am always treated with the utmost respect, and feel seen and heard by Dr Wagstaff, MD and Dr Campbell-O’Dell, APRN.

  Not a bad place for Key West, all things considered. The thing that ruins it honestly is the young woman behind the counter: Incompetent, rude, and will potentially waste your time by assuming wrongly without having the patience to consult with the nurses and doctors who actually have the answers she obviously does not have. We have patients and companies that bring this place good, steady money, and she’s going to ruin it for them. Such a shame because the nurses and doc are so professional, accountable, and thorough. They have and will lose business because of her.

  I’m gonna give this place 5 stars because the nurses and Dr. Wagstaff were great and very considerate. HOWEVER that big girl at the front gots ta go. She’s rude and got herself cussed out because who do you think you are? WHERE do you think you are? WORK. She literally works at the FRONT DESK (face of the company.. for some reason.) and is just disgusting. So yeah don’t let mucinex man run you off! Everyone else is pretty great.

  I was so grateful to find Dr Brian Wagstaff while on vacation. Been recovering from a recent Covid bout and felt I was not getting better. I walked in , reception pleasant and saw the physician in a very short time. He spent time listening and reviewing my symptoms. Thorough exam and treated my symptoms. Ordered a chest X-ray and sent me to a convenient clinic to get it. His Nurse followed up later on all results. Rx called in without issue. So grateful to know he is available any time I visit Key West which is a couple of times a year. Having retired from medical care it was a pleasant experience with a quality physician .

  No stars is the appropriate rating for this place. The front desk person showed no enthusiasm about being at work or assisting a walk in. Her greeting was “what’s your insurance?” When she said our insurance is not accepted there, she offered no option of self pay and DIDN'T EVEN ASK WHAT MY HUSBAND NEEDED TO BE SEEN FOR! She then told us they are “a family practice.” Ummmmm pretty sure your sign says “Urgent Care.” Stay away from this place and go to Florida Keys Urgent Care 2596 North Roosevelt Blvd!
