  Extremely disappointing experience, especially considering this is the only nutrition store in Key West. As soon as I walked in, the employee didn’t acknowledge me and immediately went back to being on his phone behind the counter. There was no attempt to greet me or provide any customer service. The condition of the store was just as disappointing. Half the shelves were empty, products were scattered and out of place, and one corner had a pile of supplements that looked like they had simply been thrown there. The entire store looked neglected and poorly maintained. For a business that is supposed to specialize in health and nutrition, the overall appearance and level of customer service were unacceptable. I honestly can’t imagine corporate would be happy if they saw how this location is being operated. Hopefully management or corporate actually visits this location and addresses these issues. There’s really no excuse for the store to be in this condition.

  I have tried to go to this GNC store 3 times, every time there has been a note on the door saying “Be back in 15min” or 30min. I sat and waited for close to 40min one time. The management is a joke, and they don’t have quite a few different things in stock the one time I WAS able to go inside. This store should either be shut down or completely restaffed.

  By far the Worst GNC on the Planet. Store was filthy, no Product. GNC Corporate should Seriously consider taking this franchise back. As the consumer that drives 45 min to purchase your product and see mostly empty shelves, trash and boxes on the floor. And the person behind the counter not having a clue, when asked questions. I will never shop this store again. Just to be Clear, this is the GNC in Key West.

  **KEY WESTERS BEWARE** I have visited this GNC location on multiple occasions and they are almost NEVER open during business hours listed. There is always a reason for the store to be closed which is more than a little frustrating after taking time out of my day (5-6 times) to go. Whether the sign reads “Be Right Back” or “On Lunch Break” (which is more than fair around 12:30 or 1 but I have also visited at 2:30 4 & 5). Most recently the signs claims the AC is broken. Either way don’t count on having access to a GNC in Key West.
