I called them 4 times leaving messages just to return my call and go over the bloodwork I had done or if I need to come in for an appointment to do so. No response since March 19, 2025. I personally came in the office. Took time off work in hopes to resolve this situation and that did not happened. The front office staff as I asked her to talk to a manager rolled her eyes at me like I was bothering her. She said manager will call you and totally kept ignoring me. I asked her for the name of practice owner. She literally threw a card at me of Dr DeLucia and didn’t say another word. I hope the owner cares enough to read the reviews and I am hoping to get my blood work results from them. So frustrating. To reply I am a patient at your clinic 100%! Your clinic is a joke!
