  I have been a customer of Jupiter Drugs for some time. However, after multiple interactions with the owner/pharmacist, Sanette, I have decided to cancel my prescriptions and move them to another pharmacy. Unfortunately, I have repeatedly felt that my questions were met with a condescending or dismissive tone rather than a willingness to simply clarify the issue. In my final interaction, I was not questioning the time it takes to prepare a compounded prescription—I understand that process. I was only trying to clarify whether my refill request had been communicated properly. Instead of addressing that concern, I felt I was spoken to as though I was being difficult or confrontational, including being told the conversation was not a “combat” situation. I was simply trying to resolve a communication issue respectfully. A pharmacy relationship requires trust, professionalism, and feeling heard as a customer. The repeated experience of feeling talked down to ultimately led me to make the decision to take my prescriptions elsewhere.

  Mostly medical supply. .beds.. chairs ..support equipment. The pharmacy is open to everyone. It is tucked in a small shopping center..easy to get in and out. Staff are very nice and very helpful

  This pharmacy is a lifesaver with friendly staff who always know the right meds and they fill your prescription super fast like in 10 minutes flat the prices are affordable and they have generic options that work just as good as the brand names the place is clean and organized and they even have a nice little section for vitamins and skin care the pharmacst explains the side effects clearly and never rushes you they also offer free delivery for seniors which is so thoughtful and the over the counter stuff is well stocked from cough syrup to allergy pills I never have to wait long and they text you when your order is ready defintely my go to pharmacy for the whole family a solid 5 out of 5 for reliabilty and care
