  This was our first time at Dale pediatric dentistry. The dental assistants were so nice and helpful. Dr. Dale was great as well. Very happy with our experience.

  Alejandro was amazing with my daughter. He was great at calming her nervousness toward to visit. Made her feel comfortable and confident! Best kids dentist around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Very disappointed with our experience. We knew our child needed dental work on the tooth, but no one clearly communicated beforehand that the recommended treatment would be to pull it. Finding that out unexpectedly at the appointment was upsetting and stressful as a parent, but we understand the need for it so we progressed. I do think Important treatment decisions like that should be explained in advance whenever possible so families have time to ask questions and prepare. What made the situation worse was getting to the front desk afterward and being hit with an unexpected $100+ bill that no one mentioned ahead of time. If there are going to be out-of-pocket costs, families deserve transparency before treatment begins. We are on Medicaid and already dealing with financial stress, so being blindsided by a bill like that created even more pressure and conflict for our family. Overall, the lack of communication and transparency made this a very negative experience.

  We absolutely love, Dr. Dale. Both my children are his patients. He is so kind and gentle with his patient’s. My son used to hate going to the dentist, but he does not mind going to see Dr. Dale. This is an amazing practice!
