The welcoming atmosphere along with top-notch cleanliness and quality equipment immediately impressed me. The staff and instructors are incredibly friendly, inviting, and knowledgeable. They not only guide you through each session but also take the time to answer any questions I have afterward, which has been invaluable in my Pilates journey. What keeps me coming back is the variety in each workout; no two classes are the same, which keeps things interesting and challenges my body in new ways each time. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and my body feels fantastic! Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, this studio offers an exceptional experience that's hard to beat!

I would give 5 stars but for the fact that I can’t get in classes because I am either waitlisted and not able to get in or classes are closed before you can sign up. The other drawback is that you pay for the credits and I was not told that if you don’t use them in the month you buy them, you lose them. That’s a lot of money to lose, especially when you can’t get into a class. I even tried to book out the 15 classes permitted, and, I wasn’t very successful in booking classes. Other than this, I love coming here.
