I would give 5 stars but for the fact that I can’t get in classes because I am either waitlisted and not able to get in or classes are closed before you can sign up. The other drawback is that you pay for the credits and I was not told that if you don’t use them in the month you buy them, you lose them. That’s a lot of money to lose, especially when you can’t get into a class. I even tried to book out the 15 classes permitted, and, I wasn’t very successful in booking classes. Other than this, I love coming here.

- SJSabrina J.Jun 23, 20201.0When I tried to transfer/cancel my annual unlimited plan due to an unforeseen move, the studio owner converted my unlimited annual rate to a single-class rate so that I would be charged $25/class for each and every class I attended, totaling nearly $1,000 for only 2.5 months of use! This was not defined anywhere in the signed agreement. I even offered to pay an extra 1.5 months at the full monthly unlimited rate ($199) to meet the studio owner in the middle and I was met with complete disregard. Then, I asked for the contact information for corporate headquarters, and she declined to give me those details. After weeks of dealing with this stress and losing hundreds of dollars, I felt it was time to post my experience to try and warn future Club Pilates attendees.
