Bryant was a huge help to both my husband and I showing us various styles and adjusting the frames to fit the size that worked best for my face. Very happy with my new glasses and service. Best part…he submitted to our insurance and let us know our coverage on the spot!

The gentleman stayed with through my phone calls as I was transferred 5 times to different departments. He then made sure that everything was taken care of with a continued smile on his face. Great customer service and eye glass selection.

I came in looking for the prescription area and asked two employees for help, but the interaction felt unwelcoming and dismissive. I was also surprised to overhear a comment suggesting I had been rude, which wasn’t the case. The store itself is very nice, and the prices are excellent—that’s the main reason I completed my purchase. However, the customer service left a negative impression, and I wouldn’t return. I usually go to LensCrafters but wanted to try something new. Update: I don't know the sweet lady's name that help my daughter with adjustments twice this weekend. Such a refreshing experience. I appreciate her Customer Service expertise. Awesome representation for Warby Parker. Thank you for your help and service.
