I recently had a hip replacement and was walking with a bad gait abnormality and I went to the good feet store and got a plan to help my stability. I could feel the difference in my new orthopedic shoes immediately. I tried to run out the store but was happy with a slow jog because i couldn’t walk for 2 years vent hip replacement

She locked door before closing time, 2. Told us to keep them and keep trying( husband). His feet are burning even more. Stay Away, people.

Online Complaint / Review for The Good Feet Store
I’m sharing my experience with The Good Feet Store because the product I purchased not only failed to help — it caused additional injury — and the store has refused to provide any reasonable resolution.
I visited the store seeking relief for pain in my left foot. During the visit, I felt pressured into buying the full multi step insert package. Out of the four inserts, three remain completely unopened and unused. I only tried Step 2 for a few hours, and it did not perform as advertised. The insert slid around inside my shoe, caused discomfort, and actually made my original foot pain worse. Even more concerning, it created new pain in my right foot, which had never hurt before.
I later saw a licensed podiatrist, who confirmed the inserts caused further damage. I was prescribed a night splint and told that the bruised toenail caused by the insert rubbing would have to grow out, in fact it eventually fell off. This was the exact opposite of the “immediate relief” and “works in any shoe” claims I was given at the store.
I attempted to resolve this directly with the store. I offered a fair compromise: keep the pair purchased with my FSA card and return the unused pairs purchased on my Visa. Despite the product failing to perform and causing documented injury, the store refused to work with me at all, in fact keep saying that I signed a no-return policy, but the inserts did not perform as they stated they would. If a product fails to meet the basic requirements and expectations, and causes further injury, I do not believe that a no-return policy should be used to deny a fair resolution.

I don't know how they can still operate. Absolutely worthless! Spent $2500 and just got worse. Even doctors said this is just to rip you off. Don't waste you money here. Same effect will have as you can buy at grocery stores or farmacy!

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
