This was the worst purchase I ever made. They charged me $3,000 for a cheap pair of shoes and inserts I could have purchased from Dr. sholes. They wouldn’t let me return anything. I was just out of the hospital for strokes and open heart surgery. Beware of the good feet store.

My husband and I entered the store thinking we were going to look at shoes. We are fairly intelligent, but we got sidetracked. What they are really selling (in addition to a particular brand of shoes that they keep hidden in the back) are way overpriced arch supports. They package them as a system that is made specifically for your feet, but trust me, they are not custom made. They feel good while you're in the store, but upon more extensive use, I found that they made my feet worse. My husband and I were told that compression socks are included in the package. When we got home, and I examined the receipt, I learned that we were charged $25 per pair times four = $100. I feel stupid, but we paid over $4000 for their "system". If you go in, have your spidey-senses on high alert. They do not offer refunds. I feel bamboozled. I am writing this review hoping to save others from wasting a small fortune. They did not twist our arms, this is true, but they hook you with kindness and a free foot massage. Ask for prices before you go through the sales pitch.

Im about a year and a half late w. my review... I agree w. what Rossie wrote in their review. Please read it....BUYER BEWARE..During the fitting you are given LONG spiels of sales pitches like a car salesman..Forced to watch 5 tv's on the walls of actors being paid to say these shoes will change your life! The good feet store is a SCAM! Bad business practices! They talked me into a credit card so I could make interest free payments on my new shoes. Thats how much $$ they are.. Like getting a car loan. Dummy me fell for it...There was a specific shoe that I wanted, they didnt have them so they ordered them for me, gave me the inserts. Then I find out much later that the company cant give me those particular shoes. I wanted OUT! I sent an email in writing to cancel my contract and I called many times explained to them, they invited me to stop in, so the next time I was in Jax I stopped in w. the receipt, and the inserts (untouched unopened) When I got there the gal had a customer and I was willing to wait. The customer told the sales lady to go ahead and wait on me, very nice man! I was in no hurry. I explained my story to the sales lady. She refused to accept the return, explained how I can use the inserts in other shoes etc...She wanted me to come to the back of the store to talk to her away from the front counter, I refused. "Here is the inserts, here is the receipt I expect a refund" She wanted me to come back. I live very far from there and I said "No"....BTW I recorded everything! video was ON! She refused and I was nice, calm and I left it on the counter w. a receipt copy. my info and said "I expect my c/c to be refunded" On my way out I looked at the man in the chair and I said, "be careful!" I found out later that he walked! good for him! I contacted the c/c company and started that procedure. Never heard from the store. The manager of the store wrote my c/c card co this letter of lies. She said I started a SCENE in the store and caused them to lose a customer. Keep in mind, I kept very calm, I used my inside voice at all times..Like I said, I recorded everything.....Anyway I finally got my refund after many, many back and forths. I was prepared to get a lawyer. I should contact the BBB! Im glad I FINALLY got the refund. But I will never step foot (no pun intended) into this store again. Anyone that I know that is thinking about going to this company I will tell them my experience. If you are not happy w. your expensive cheap shoes, good luck trying to return them! If the manager of this store decides to reply to this IDC what you have to say! WRONG IS WRONG and ya'll should be ashamed of yourself taking advantage of people. You work there and you yourself should be ashamed to work there and cheat people! Get another job that makes you PROUD! That is all!

Dumped $1,700 under pressure. It's been 5 months. Nothing worked, lo and behold, I bought a pair of Dr. Scholl's inserts for $12.99. my feet have never felt better. This place is a complete rip-off and you can't get a refund. That's pretty sad. You think they'd stand behind their product. If it works so well they'd offer a refund but they tell you it's a medical purchase. Don't go here. Don't waste your time and a pool parlor tricks on you with the whole balancing act.

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
