Jennifer, who sold me the first 3 pair, found the prescription was not correctly measured for the 4th pair. She graciously apologized and remeasured. A replacement is on the way. When I came back to pick up the glasses they were even worse. The guy doing the examinations got upset when the above individuals asked the app tension to add something that was not on the prescription.
