After joining a scoliosis Facebook group, I learned about the Schroth method. I found Take Contol Physical Therapy and I’m glad I did. Andrew has been great to work with. He teaches the positions, but also explains how they help my curvature. He’s patient and encouraging throughout the sessions. I’m encouraged that I’ll be able to manage my scoliosis as I get older, thanks to Andrew!

Now end of year 3, went to Dr. Merget to get more range of motion and in just 2 visits he has made a difference and given me daily exercises that take 2 minutes each time and I feel and operate much better. He knows what he is doing.

I had been dealing with pain in my lower back for several months and it was keeping me from doing all of the activities that I enjoyed. I was struggling to even carry groceries into the house from my car. We started slow with some home exercises and over the course of about 3 months, we gradually worked up to where I could run again. Patience and following his home plan is key. I would strongly recommend seeing Andrew for your physical therapy needs.
