I had been dealing with pain in my lower back for several months and it was keeping me from doing all of the activities that I enjoyed. I was struggling to even carry groceries into the house from my car. We started slow with some home exercises and over the course of about 3 months, we gradually worked up to where I could run again. Patience and following his home plan is key. I would strongly recommend seeing Andrew for your physical therapy needs.

I had some pain for a while that I could not figure out what it was, and within a few weeks using the Schroth method, we were able to identify and treat the pain. You also get the things that you will need to treat it long term. I would recommend for any back problems (kyphosis, scoliosis, etc). 5 stars!
