StretchLab Mandarin offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- MDM DiamondSep 9, 20262.0My last appointment with StretchLab, the one in Mandarin, was in early May 2026. I indicated at my last appointment that I would not be returning. I continued to get billed by the company. I told the national office people trying to bill me that I was no longer a customer. They told me to put that in writing to the local/Mandarin office, which I did. I have continued to get billed, i.e., I'm getting billed an ever-increasing amount each month. I have attempted to get clarification of what amount, if any, I may owe; I had built up a credit, so I don't believe I owe anything. The only responses I've received are that I owe money. No explanation as to the amount other than it keeps increasing for each month that passes. This is not the first time I have experienced billing problems with this company. It will, however, be the last time, although I don't know what else to do at this point other than I've stopped taking their calls.
