  My experience was worse than bad. However, I believe everyone gives what they have to give, and I have Jesus in my heart, so I choose to leave 5 stars. First, I want to recognize Ana. She was empathetic, patient, kind, and sweet. She treated me with respect and compassion, and she was by far the best part of my visit. I also have to acknowledge that the office has excellent technology. The photos and images of my teeth were very high quality, and Dr. Thomas appeared very meticulous with the cleaning and the technical aspects of the services offered. Unfortunately, this is where my experience became very difficult. Dr. Thomas did not know that I come from a family of dentists. When crowns were recommended, I began asking questions because I wanted to understand why they were necessary. Based on my personal experiences and observations over the years, I expressed my opinion that some dentists may feel pressure to recommend crowns more often than necessary due to relationships, incentives, or business arrangements within the dental industry. Whether right or wrong, that was my honest concern and the reason for my questions. Instead of feeling that my concerns were being addressed, I felt that Dr. Thomas became visibly irritated from the moment I started asking for explanations. The conversation became uncomfortable, and eventually he walked away. I left feeling unheard and deeply disappointed. I cried a lot afterward because I was simply looking for an honest dentist to fill a cavity and help me make informed decisions about my dental care. Instead, I ended up having one of the most upsetting healthcare experiences of my life. That being said, I truly wish Dr. Thomas and the entire office the best. I especially want to thank Ana for her kindness, patience, and warmth. She is a beautiful soul. As I said before, everyone gives what they have. I choose to respond with forgiveness and blessings.   I always have a great experience at River Point Dental. The dental hygienist Karla is very attentive and kind. She is very thorough during cleaning. Dr. Thomas takes the time to assess my teeth throughly and explains everything clearly. I highly recommend this practice if you’re looking for a dentist.

  Had a great experience here. Karla did an amazing job cleaning my teeth very thorough, gentle, and made the whole process comfortable. Staff was friendly and everything was super smooth. Highly recommend!
