  I had an exceptional experience at Pearle Vision Center. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. The entire team is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure you leave with the perfect eyewear and a clear understanding of your eye health. The eye exam was thorough and explained clearly step-by-step. The doctor took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. When it came time to choose my glasses, the staff were incredibly patient and helpful—offering honest opinions, great recommendations, and making the selection process . You can tell they truly value their customers and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend Pearle Vision to anyone looking for a stress-free, professional, and genuinely pleasant eye care experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! 👓✨

  The best optometrist office I’ve been to in Jacksonville! And I’m not big on reviews however I love it here so I had to give them one everyone here is super nice and friendly! My son had his appt a week or two before mine and I received my link a little late however they got me in quickly and was very informative so I decided to set myself an appointment as well and I had the same exact experience everyone was super nice and welcoming there a younger lady that sits in the front I wish I knew her name but she helped me pick out my glasses and was really sweet and gentle about everything ! If you’re looking to take your children here or even yourself I HIGLY recommend! I’ve been to three different eye doctors in Jax this is by far my favorite 😌

  By far worst ever. Went there for a eye exam and to get glasses over a month ago and they still don't have my glasses in. Keep saying same thing under staffed. However it has been over a month so there is no excuse for it. Will not be going back ever. Giving a one star cause can't give anything lower.

  Dr. Smith was absolutely amazing! He took the time to explain every detail of my eye exam and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience while remaining professional and knowledgeable. Every question and concern I had was answered, and I walked out feeling more informed and confident about my eye health. I truly appreciate the time and care Dr. Smith provided. Thank you, Dr. Smith, for such an awesome experience! I highly recommend this location for the friendly staff, excellent customer service, and the outstanding care provided. I will definitely be returning!

  I've been loyal to another vision practice for over 10 years and this is my first time venturing out, and I must say, I am beyond happy that I made the decision to come here. As a mom of four, it's already hectic enough toting everyone and having so many judgment eyes all around, however, the staff at Pearle Vision defintely made me feel seen and understood with so much grace, patience, and kindness. I am horrible with names, so please excuse me for not mentioning any one specific. Dr Smith welcomed my son and I with open arms and was such a delight!! Ms. Maggie, wow, what can I say? ANGEL! The gentlemen and younger lady at the front desk were sooooo amazing as well!! Can't express how grateful I am to this amazing team! Literally the dream team!! Thank you all for your amazing experience! Oh, not only that, it's close to home!!! And honestly, even if it wasn't, I would drive further just to see you all! Thank you for making this place a home for me and my family!!! You guys are truly the best!!! <3
