Dr. Moran patiently detailed my situation and showed and explained prism adjustment. Dina has a great sense of fashion and helped me pick the very best frame from a half dozen very similar styles. This is the place to go for examination and appearance.

The first person I spoke with told me, “I don’t know,” and said she could have a manager call me. The manager eventually called, but unfortunately, she didn’t know how to assist me either. I was previously advised that the extended warranty was for two years, so I had questions about what my coverage actually includes. I also specifically asked whether my eyeglass insurance provided any warranty or coverage for broken frames. Instead of looking into it, I was simply told, “I don’t know.” That is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I understand that employees may be new, but there is a difference between being new and making an effort to find the correct information for a customer. If you are providing insurance and warranty services, your employees should be knowledgeable about the products and coverage being offer
