The store texted my husband at the wrong number so he never received the text about his glasses readiness and the tint he requested wasn’t no where near as dark as he expected and it takes another few days to have them ready. The male clerk didn’t even apologize. The store was very small compare to other locations we visited in FL and the ambience is like a warehouse. I cancelled my appointment.
