She was working over Labor Day weekend and still had such a great attitude and was genuinely happy to help me out. Because of how gracious and helpful she was, I ended up asking her about the new Meta glasses and everything that goes along with them. She walked me through the whole setup, showed me how they worked, and answered all of my questions. I came in just expecting to get some frames adjusted and ended up leaving knowing I’ll be back to purchase the Meta glasses or another pair of frames in the future. Kennedy was a big reason for that. I hope her manager knows how much a great employee like her can impact a customer’s experience. She deserves the recognition!
