  I visited the LensCrafters on Roosevelt Blvd on Monday 08/10/2026. The Dr. Ann-Marie Connolly was the absolute best she took her time in my exam and was very attentive to all my questions my prescription was so clear she showed me what it looked like with glasses and without glasses the view was picture clear. The attendant Spencer assisted me in picking out my glasses was top notch he was very knowledgeable on all frames that I asked questions about. I can’t remember the cashiers name that sat in front when I first walked in the gentleman and the young lady was excellent, I recommend LensCrafters on Roosevelt Blvd to anyone I’m very pleased❤️

  I visited the LensCrafters on Roosevelt Blvd on July 19, 2026, to ask about a possible overcharge on my son's glasses purchased at the North Point Pkwy location after reviewing my insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOB). I was also interested in ordering glasses for myself. Ms. Kennedy and Mr. Leroy worked together seamlessly to investigate the issue. They quickly discovered that the North Point Pkwy location had mistakenly used someone else's insurance when processing my son's order, which resulted in an overpayment. Mr. Leroy immediately began the process of having my son's order reprocessed under my insurance so the appropriate refund could be issued, while Ms. Kennedy assisted me with selecting and ordering my own glasses. Their professionalism, teamwork, and genuine willingness to help made what could have been a frustrating experience incredibly positive. The level of care, communication, and customer service they provided made me feel valued as a customer and restored my confidence in the LensCrafters brand. Thank you, Ms. Kennedy and Mr. Leroy, for going above and beyond to make things right.

  The front desk lady said nothing when we walked in the store except that she stared at us. The store texted my husband at the wrong number so he never received the text about his glasses readiness and the tint he requested wasn’t no where near as dark as he expected and it takes another few days to have them ready. The male clerk didn’t even apologize. The store was very small compare to other locations we visited in FL and the ambience is like a warehouse. I cancelled my appointment.
