- CCChawker2 days ago1.0I’ve been a LensCrafters customer for over 10 years, and unfortunately today’s experience at the Avenues Mall was terribly disappointing. I stopped in to ask for my PD measurement for a pair of Ray-Ban Meta glasses being replaced under warranty, including the prescription lenses. The employee on the floor I spoke with was incredibly dismissive and made me feel like I was an inconvenience simply because I wasn’t purchasing a new pair of glasses from him that day. I completely understand that stores have policies, and I wasn’t asking anyone to break them- I just needed the information for my warranty claim. What upset me was the way I was spoken to and treated. Even after explaining that I am a LensCrafters customer, I was told to sit and wait until he was ready to help me for a simple printout while other employees were available, and no one offered to help. After more than a decade of choosing LensCrafters, I left feeling like my past business meant absolutely nothing.
