Great! New script, he explained eye care issues and progressive lenses;very informative. Moved to get glasses... met Daniel and boom 💥 we hit it off immediately. Talked frames, fame, and life. 100% recommended. He made it fantastic, deliciously fun would be an apt phrase and 5 pairs later Im broke and completely loved the experience.

- EYElena YSep 7, 20261.0Came to the Town Center store to get my eye glasses adjusted for a better fit. As I walked in, two associates in the retail section were assisting customers and one was available. I sat in a chair expecting the available associate to come up to me shorty. However, she looked at me and went to chat with two receptionists at the doctor area. She made several eye contacts with me but completely ignored me!!! A few minutes later, a black couple walked in and she walked straight to them passed by me completely ignoring my existence. She pulled chairs for them and started assisting them right away! When I asked one of the receptionists what their rules are about people waiting, I was told it is on first come first serve basis for the retail section. I don’t understand why this associate completely ignored me unless it was racially motivated!.. I don’t think I would feel comfortable coming to this store again.
