  I came in with glasses that had been poorly adjusted elsewhere, and the team at LensCrafters figured out the problem the moment they looked at them. They had everything fixed within five minutes! Their expertise shows, and everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind and welcoming.

  Jay was extremely helpful in assisting me with inserting new sunglass lenses that I was having a difficult time with. Even going as far as to shave them down with precision to get them to insert. Thank you and great customer service!

  While I placed my order online, this is the location that I went to once I received my glasses to make sure they fit correctly. The staff at this location is wonderful and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase despite having my first order cancelled. I had originally placed my order at the end of March and due to a system error the order was cancelled. The online team did not offer any compensation which was frustrating as I was supposed to get my order the next day. While I was hesitant to place another order due to this, I am so glad that I did even though it delayed getting my glasses. The quality of the glasses is amazing and I would most definitely choose LensCrafters again!

  I am writing to formally share concerns regarding the consistently poor customer service experienced at your location. Our family has been loyal customers to Lenscrafters for the past couple of years, but my recent interactions have been deeply upsetting. During one of our most recent visits a few days ago, I brought in a pair of glasses I had purchased. The rude staff members I am fortunately had to interact with wrote on my glasses with ink that I have been unable to remove, and he was dismissive and rude throughout the entire interaction. This is unfortunately consistent with the overall atmosphere of the office. The optometrist and the other male staff member frequently appear unfriendly and treat customers as if assisting them is a burden. I always strive to treat others with respect, but the hostile and unprofessional attitude from these individuals makes visiting your office a source of anxiety. While there was a very kind woman working there about a year ago, the current staff's behavior is making it very difficult for me to continue supporting your business. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for your customers

  I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. The entire staff is friendly, sweet, and very professional. Even on busy days, they remain patient and considerate.
