- KGKimberly GrauelMay 20, 20261.0I would not use this facility. When you book the appointment, they do not tell you that they do telehealth optometry. They tell you after you arrive for your appointment. Doesn't seem like a big deal, however their doctors will only write your contact prescription for 1 year vs the 2 years that you normally get with daily wear contact lenses in the state of Florida. They force you to come back for another eye exam. Not worth it.

Both he and the Dr enjoy their jobs and it shines through. This was my first telehealth visit. It was very positive. I hope the staff is this good when I come back next year.
