  Amazing visit AGAIN! Dr. Moran is excellent, his exam and diagnosis were spot on, solving an issue I have had for months. And Elem measured me for a new pair of glasses, he is personable, so friendly and clearly a professional. HIGHLY recommend this office.

  I liked the person working the front desk, I liked the doctor. Billing was terrible. I was asked to call another optometry place I went to, asked to call my insurance. Then told if I want to pretend this appointment never happened and my insurance isn’t going to cover anything and told she would give me a discount. (166 dollars later).I was almost in tears, really stressed. Probably won’t come back. Isn’t it your job to know my insurance benefits and contact the proper people, so I, the patient, don’t have to? Very unprofessional.

  Learning how to put in contacts & taking them out was a very difficult process! I felt like a baby learning to walk but they were so patient, I never once felt rushed or like I was taking too much of their time. Learning to take the contacts out was the most difficult for me and I got very frustrated, but in the midst of my frustration the guy helping me told me to take a breather and gave me a pep talk which boosted my confidence to finally be able to do it! Would recommend this place to anybody!
